Non-compliance with the accessibility regulations

The content listed below is non-accessible for the following reasons.

  • videos: videos do not have captioning or transcripts, failing success criterion 1.2.1
  • headings: these do not cascade, failing success criterion 1.3.1
  • headings: heading styles are not consistent, failing success criterion 1.3.1
  • background colours: some text / background colours do not have enough contrast, failing success criterion 1.4.3
  • links: elements that should be clickable are not, failing success criterion 2.4.4
  • some text uses block capitals
  • some areas of navigation are not intuitive
  • some language not simple

Disproportionate burden

The issues below are due to the 3rd party sections of the app.

  • reflow: some content scrolls in two directions, failing success criterion 1.4.10
  • tabbing: the tab order does not follow a logical order, failing success criterion 2.4.3
  • links: link text makes no sense out of context, failing success criterion 2.4.4
  • 3D text with a blurred style makes some text hard to read
  • some videos play with no sound
  • some icons with no description
  • time selector element is not consistently implemented
  • some areas of navigation are not intuitive
