Shildon-Sunnydale Leisure Centre boasts a gym with cardio, strength and weights, a studio, sports hall, indoor bowling, an athletics track, and grass and 3G floodlit outdoor pitches.
Gym
Whether you’re new to fitness or a regular user, the gym at Shildon-Sunnydale offers a variety of equipment including cardio, strength, and free weights. The site also has Tanita body scales which can help you track ten different measurements, like muscle mass, to support your fitness journey. Our friendly team are also on hand to offer advice and motivation to help you reach your goals.
